  • Describes the need, impact & process for experimentation
  • Has some concrete examples of contemporary businesses

  • Describes how to create a niche market (referred as Blue Ocean) away from the competition (referred as Red Ocean)
  • Key is to look at value curves of competitors & then map out your offering such that it’s not similar to them
