Senior Product Manager- Partner apps (B2B)

Design thinking :

– Experience in UI/ UX aspects of the product experience and technical, engineering skills

– Connected to customers and devise mechanism for continuous feedback

– Keep Customer as highest priority for creating product roadmaps

– Data driven Insights

– Passion for data-based products. Comfort discussing requirements for data production pipelines and processing/cleansing data.

– Quantify impact of each product enhancement and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

– Continuously track KPIs and modify products to achieve the same

– Data analysis for planning for new smart enhancements for maximum business impact

Product development :

– Develop product requirements and use cases for new products or features

– Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

– Coordinate with cross-functional engineering and data strategy resources to develop products

– Convert the product priorities to user stories and epics in Jira and specify its completion criterion

– Responsible to accept stories and ensure they meet the definition of ready

– Coordinate Sprint completion/ acceptance activities including collaboration with QA on test cases

– Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

– Clearly expressing and ordering product backlog items in collaboration with Product Managers

Governance :

– Creates milestone plans for specific initiatives, monitors implementation and scope

– Continuous business alignment with regular product meetings/rhythms with business teams

– Responsible for working with Product Managers to resolve ambiguities in requirements

– Participate in Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives and contribute to Showcase Demos

Desired Skills :

– Flexible and resourceful, with a figure-it-out-and-get-it-done mentality; not afraid to make mistakes quickly and course-correct

– Ability to participate in and influence high-level technical discussions that impact business decisions

– Strong experience in customer facing roles, including requirements capture, product assessment and planning, and ongoing customer feedback.
